My stay at Esduma Iguanas Hotel was a mixed experience. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, particularly Jose, which made a positive impact on my time there. I enjoyed the nice jungle vibe around the pool, though the bathroom had some issues with plumbing odors. The lively music from nearby bars at night could be quite loud, typical for Playa del Carmen, but it didn't ruin my experience.

I had a great overall experience at Esduma Iguanas Hotel. The location was fantastic, right on 5th Avenue and close to the beach, which made exploring very easy. However, the noise isolation left much to be desired, and I struggled to fall asleep at times. Despite these issues, I appreciated the spacious room and the friendly service from the staff.
